1. Q. How many different models and stands are available?
A. There are 6 different models and 3 different stands.
2. Q. Are patents held?
A. All patents are held for design and the technology.
3. Q. As cell phone companies change their plugs, are replacement
plugs available?
A. Yes, as long as the phone can be identified. In some cases a phone will have to be forwarded to our factory to study, which will be returned once we are done with it.
4. Q. What are the life/usage hours estimated per unit?
A. Units have been installed in China for the past 4+ years and are still operational. 5. Q. How vandalism proof are the units? A. On occasion, the steel connectors may need replacing due to misuse or vandalism. 6. Q. How do you secure the units to prevent theft?
A. This can only be said of the cly-10 unit without a stand, we have a modified wall bracket which will overcome this issue.
7. Q. How are the repairs to the units handled?
A. Units will be repaired locally. Each unit has a 12 month warranty
covering breakdown, but excludes misuse and acts of vandalism.
8. Q. How do the different units operate?
A. All units operate in exactly the same way with the exception of the
LCD models. Operating and user instructions come with each unit. Should the user experience any difficulties, technical support is readily available.
9. Q. What are the units electrical requirements?
A. The units do not need to be hard wired. They come with a conventional PC type plug and use 110
or 220/240 volts.
10. Q. What are the “foot prints” of the various units?
A. Please refer to the unit dimensions on the spec sheet.
11. Q. Can the units be programmed to accept coins from all over the World?
A. The units are fitted with coin acceptors and all world currency can be used. Programming
instructions are supplied with each unit. We also have units that will work with Bills and Credit Cards. 12. Q. Are there any mobile (battery/generator) units available for outdoor events? A. As with any electrical appliance, the units can be run off of a suitable power generator and even 12 volt batteries, if desired.
13. Q. Can the units be programmed to give instructions in different languages?
A. Yes. If a customer supplies the appropriate audio recording, we can pre-install the audio
instructions prior to shipping. 14. Q. How is the advertising loaded onto the LCD units? A. On all the units, a pre loaded thumbnail/memory stick needs to be inserted with the media on it. Alternatively, we can install a hard disc drive. On our latest models, which have an onboard computer, this can be done by remote via the internet (an internet connection to the machine is required).
15. Q. Are you looking for agents? What are the agents duties and responsibilities?
A. We will entertain agents. With our introduction to the World marketplace, we are currently looking for qualified distributors for protected territories not yet assigned. Please contact us for further information. |
